Crystal Thumb Stone (Worry or Sensory Stone)

Thumb Stones (also know  as worry stones or sensory stones) are smooth polished crystals which have been carved into oval shapes with a thumb-sized indentation on one side. These are used for relaxation, meditation and anxiety relief. Simply hold the crystal between the index finger and thumb and gently move the thumb back and forth across the stone. Rubbing the crystal helps create a sense of relaxation and calmness. Each thumb stone measures approx 4cm
