WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

I aim to dispatch within 3 - 5 working days of ordering. There may be occasions when this is not possible but if this is the case I will contact you to advise on revised delivery options. If you are ordering for a specific date, please contact me and I will do my very best to help.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE FROM HOOTIE TOOT JEWELLERY

I hope you are pleased with your Hootie Toot purchase but if you have any concerns, or order online and would like a refund, please contact me within 14 days of receipt.

CAN I COMMISSION A PIECE OF JEWELLERY?

Yes! If you have a special request, for example you would like me to make a piece for you with a specific crystal, feel free to contact me to discuss what's possible.

WHAT IS THE HOOTIE TOOT JEWELLERY ETHOS?

Where possible, I try to source the materials I work with and the products I offer as ethically as possible. For me this means checking my suppliers have their own ethics policy and are able to provide evidence of a clear supply chain. If there is a Fairtrade option then I will opt for this. I believe in offering the best deals for my customers but not at the expense of other humans not receiving a fair deal for their work/crafts so make extra effort to check my suppliers are themselves ensuring they are operating a fairly traded and sourced policy too. I aim to be a single-use plastic free shop so my packaging and product wrappings are biodegradable or are designed for multiple use. My gift boxed are made using mostly pre and post consumer waste and the clear wrap I use in the shop is made from biodegradable, plant based cellulose. I actively seek out vegan options for my giftware (check individual product information for details).
