About the event
One-to-one stand-in sound bowl experiences for you to benefit from the unique anchoring experience of a sound massage while standing in a singing bowl. These individual sessions are focused on releasing energy which no longer serves and re-connecting to the earth, nourishing feelings of stability and confidence for the year ahead - whatever your intentions may be.
Each session last approx 20 minutes and includes some preparatory breath work as well as time to consider your intentions. Exchange is £15 per session ♡
